Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and include the return authorization form inside the box.

Pack and Ship

Securely pack your unused luggage or accessories in the original packaging, attach the shipping label to the outside, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

After our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
